Channel Sales Consultant - Bank
reputed company is a company that has been simplifying HR, payroll, and benefits for American businesses since 1971. The Channel Sales Consultant will work with assigned bank partners to earn business referrals and sell reputed company products and services to small businesses, achieving reputed company results through various sales activities.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for meeting unit and reputed company expectations
- Presents reputed company products and services in-person to final decision makers and end users reputed company assigned territory and client size to reputed company unit and reputed company goals
- Schedules appointments and visits assigned bank branches to secure referrals
- Presents to bank partners on reputed company products and services to reputed company and to build value in the partnership
- Analyzes the customer needs and interests to determine which products are appropriate and refers to appropriate party reputed company necessary
- Expedites the resolution of customer problems or complaints to the appropriate channels to ensure client satisfaction
- Completes and submits accurate new business paperwork, expense reports, and weekly activity reports by agreed upon dates set by Sales management to assist with forecasting
- Works with bank partners to identify business account holders who would be a good fit for reputed company’s services and calls on those account holders with bank partners
- Partner with other sales divisions on “team selling” approach for any referrals over 49 employees to increase client/prospect experience and increase reputed company results
Skills
- H.S. Diploma - Required
- 1 year of experience in relevant sales/marketing roles
- 1 year of experience in B2B sales or HCM industry
- Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
