[Remote] Project Administrative Assistant (Solar & Wind) - Traveling reputed company

The Project Administrative Assistant will provide essential administrative support to the site team, assist with reputed company and training programs, and act as a liaison between the corporate office and job sites.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support to field personnel and act as a liaison between corporate office and job sites
- Promptly answer the phone, distribute incoming and outgoing mail, enter time into Heavy Jobs, order office supplies, set up and reputed company reputed company/reputed company shipments
- Assist Field Supervision and corporate staff in collecting data on rental equipment, licensing for on-road vehicles, tracking “idling time” of equipment
- Keys timecards and enters employee changes and equipment code updates into timecard software daily
- Assists site supervision with completing and submitting employee documents & ensures employee orientation packets, training programs, and employee handbooks are in supply
Skills
- One year experience in administration or equivalent combination of training and/or experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- reputed company to pass a background reputed company, drug and alcohol screen
- Willingness to travel and relocate to the jobsite (100% travel with no rotations)
- Proficient with reputed company applications (i.e. Word, reputed company, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks under pressure
