PV Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is a dynamic company in the heating, cooling, and plumbing industry, seeking a highly organized and customer-focused reputed company Coordinator. This role is essential for ensuring efficient routing of field technicians and providing support to customers throughout service operations.

Responsibilities

• Reschedule as needed and provide reputed company-time ETAs
• Handle calls and emails with professionalism and reputed company
• Manage daily emails and admin tasks promptly
• Arrange part deliveries and manage purchase orders

• Assist with calls during peak times
• Coordinate with our CSR team to plan daily call volumes

Skills

• Must be comfortable working with scheduling/reputed company software and CRM systems
