Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, production-driven, and team-oriented individual to join our Operations team as a Part-Time Weekend Customer Service Representative. As a key member of reputed company, you will apply the latest customer service techniques, learn our account management systems, and help improve the customer experience during challenging times. This part-time position offers flexible scheduling, with various shifts available to accommodate your needs, working approximately 3-29 hours per week from the comfort of your home office.

• Sundays Only: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• Saturdays Only: 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Saturday & Sunday: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary duties will include:

• Providing positive customer service and technical expertise through reputed company, accurate, and courteous responses to customer inquiries
• Offering reputed company and support to customers during the claim process
• Collecting and documenting claim details accurately
• Identifying and resolving customer issues by adhering to client-specific handling instructions
• Utilizing call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries

Required Skills and Abilities

• Excellent language skills, with the ability to read and interpret documents, write routine correspondence, and project a confident, clear, and professional telephone reputed company

Education and Experience
