Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing white-glove customer service to our high-profile clientele through the fulfillment of requests, including but not limited to:
- Dining reservations
- Ticket purchases
- Flower requests
- And many more!

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of customer service experience
- 1 year of Call Center experience
- Prior experience in the Hospitality or Travel industries is preferred
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured call center environment
- Proficiency in navigating multiple systems simultaneously
- Internet savvy and ability to work in a virtual environment
Preferred Qualifications

Requirements
To work from home, you'll need to meet the following criteria:
- Provide a private at-home office space, with a lockable reputed company, free of distraction
- Procure, set up, and maintain high-speed internet access with a minimum speed of 25 mbps download / 5 mbps upload
- Internet reputed company must be direct from modem/router to equipment reputed company hard-wired Ethernet cord capable of continuously supporting excellent call quality and high-speed response reputed company (Cannot use Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi Pods)
- Satellite users are prohibited and cannot be used due to the impact on call quality and the stability of service
