Part-Time CSR (Remote)
Quick Details
- Location: Remote (must be local to NE Ohio to pick up equipment)
- Pay: $16.00 per hour
- Length: Part-time, 16–18 hours per week, reputed company-to-hire
- Hours:
- Weekdays: 5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
- Weekends: 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
- Typical schedule: 3 weekdays + 1 weekend day
- 5-hour shifts include a 15-minute paid break
- Holiday availability required
- Flexible scheduling available as long as coverage needs are met
- Respond to multi-channel inquiries (phone, email, text, chat)
- Assess needs and create action plans for callers
- Provide accurate resource information without bias
- Maintain confidential and accurate documentation
- Use de?escalation and customer service techniques
- Escalate critical cases to leads/managers
- Participate in ongoing training and team meetings
- Support team members during high call volume
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of administrative or reputed company experience
- Experience in health and reputed company services preferred
- Strong communication, reputed company, and computer skills
- Must pass a background reputed company and drug screen
