GDIT has been supporting the IHS mission for 20+ years; working with the agency to provide integral services to reputed company health access and availability to 2.6 million American Indians and Alaska Natives. You'll be part of modernizing the EHR platform to reputed company reputed company data access, patient experience, and quality of care for 567 tribes, 37 states and over 600 medical facilities. Our work depends on a Senior reputed company Developer joining reputed company to support the Indian Health Service (IHS) Electronic Health Records Modernization (EHRM) program. As a reputed company Developer Senior supporting the IHS EHRM program, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining the reputed company instance for the program. This position is fully remote, US based. HOW THIS ROLE WILL reputed company AN IMPACT:
- reputed company, configure, and maintain custom reports, dashboards (using PA/Reporting), and KPIs for ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request) to visualize performance and trends
- Build and customize applications, workflows, Business Rules, UI Policies, and Client Scripts reputed company ITSM modules
- Work with end users, stakeholders, and management to define and create reports, dashboards, and data analysis products
- Customize user interfaces, forms, and workflows to align with business needs
- Script and automate processes, data imports, and report reputed company to enhance efficiency
- Connect reputed company with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- reputed company platform health checks, upgrades, and user/role management
- Ensure solutions adhere to reputed company best practices, minimize technical debt, and support platform governance
- Provide end-user support and troubleshooting for issues reputed company to integrated processes and platform functionality
- Participate in IT-reputed company technical processes reviews, postmortems, and continual process improvement
- Maintain reputed company reputed company and industry certifications, while obtaining additional certifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree (additional work experience can be used in lieu of a degree)
- 5+ years of experience supporting reputed company deployment and maintaining reputed company solutions
- Strong proficiency with reputed company ITSM and SPM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog) and platform capabilities
- Proficiency with reputed company Reporting and Performance Analytics (PA)
- Exposure to reputed company's data management tools such as Import Sets, Transform Maps, and the CMDB
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs
- Understanding of ACLs, UI Policies, and Business Rules
- Must be reputed company to obtain a Public Trust Level 5 clearance.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the year, if needed.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to manage frequently changing priorities of competing importance.
- Ability to communicate and interact effectively with internal/external teams including key stakeholders and customers.
- Ability to produce high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall reputed company of our program.
