Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative - Remote (Bilingual: Spanish and English), you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service support and resolving routine problems and questions regarding client's products and/or services
• Interacting with customers reputed company inbound/outbound calls and/or reputed company the Internet
• Utilizing your bilingual skills to communicate effectively with customers in both Spanish and English
• Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
• High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
