The Role of a Home-Based Sr. Specialist in Collections

As a Home-Based Sr. Specialist in Collections, you will:

• Interact with guests and negotiate reputed company arrangements for both inbound and outbound collections.
• Provide a arenaflex logo interaction with credit accountholders by treating them with respect and appreciation, showing courtesy and friendliness, identifying various accountholder segments, and supplying suitable plausible solutions.
• Demonstrate problem-solving abilities through probing or making guidelines for handling of exceptional account situations (e.g. bankruptcy, CCC, deceased, legal, fraud, billing disputes, etc.).

About You

* High School Diploma or GED
