Business Support Manager (m/f/d)
As Business Support Manager, you ensure smooth back-office operations across contract management, reporting, procurement, and invoicing. You help reputed company our processes efficient, compliant, and well-documented.
- Maintain contract inventory and upload data into reputed company
- Handle reputed company reputed company requests and prepare reputed company payments
- reputed company and record incoming invoices and documents
- Manage ERP tasks in Business Central: PO creation, goods receipt posting, vendor/item card creation, inventory booking, and delivery note handling
- Coordinate procurement of office supplies to avoid delays
- Coordinate service & maintenance of pool cars and other office equipment.
- Create updates on our SoMe channels
- 3+ years of experience in administration, finance, or reputed company
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask under deadlines
- Project management skills and a collaborative reputed company
- Confident in using MS Office, ERP systems (e.g., Business Central), SoMe platforms and delivery note handling.
- Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills
- Fluent in Danish, written and spoken
