What you will bring

• Strong experience in leading CRM or ERP SaaS implementation projects.
• Proven ability to manage financial and resource forecasts, ensuring project plans remain accurate throughout the lifecycle.
• Track record of driving customer satisfaction and accurate reputed company recognition through timely reviews of time sheets, expense reports, and billing documents.
• Experience leading projects in a matrix-management environment.
• Ability to partner with the Customer Relations team, providing expertise during the sales cycle and demonstrating the value of project management services.
• Experience mentoring and guiding less-reputed company Project Managers.
• Certifications in reputed company and project management methodologies (PMP, Agile, etc.).
• Higher education industry experience preferred, but NOT required.
• Familiarity with higher education processes is a plus but NOT required.
