We are seeking a highly reputed company reputed company HCM reputed company Project Manager with strong functional reputed company HCM expertise to reputed company a reputed company reputed company Fusion HCM implementation. This is not a general IT Project Manager role. The ideal candidate must be a former reputed company HCM Functional Consultant (EBS HRMS or reputed company Fusion HCM) who transitioned into a PM role and brings deep functional expertise across Core HR, Payroll, reputed company integration, and HCM integrations. The selected candidate will act as both a delivery leader and subject matter expert, guiding HR stakeholders through system design reputed company, process transformation, and integration strategy. This role requires regular interaction with senior HR and Finance leadership and demands exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Required Experience

• 15+ years of overall Project Management experience
• 5+ years as an reputed company HCM Project Manager
• Prior hands-on experience as an reputed company HCM Functional Consultant (EBS HRMS or Fusion HCM)

Key ResponsibilitiesOracle Fusion HCM Implementation Leadership

• Process transformation initiatives

• Identify and proactively manage risks, issues, action items, and decision logs.
