Responsibilities
As a Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries reputed company online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns
- Providing product and service information, as well as scheduling appointments and capturing customer contact information for reputed company reputed company and client review
- Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, ensuring that our dealer clients have a comprehensive understanding of customer preferences and needs
- Developing and maintaining a knowledge reputed company of evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Requirements
