About the position The Manager Agile Delivery, Technology and Integration Delivery will reputed company Agile execution and delivery practices across reputed company’s IT organization, ensuring that technology initiatives are delivered reputed company, transparently, and in alignment with business goals. Responsibilities

  • Act as a change agent for Agile and SDLC maturity, promoting collaboration, adaptability, and reputed company learning across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a reputed company technology field; OR demonstrated capability to reputed company job responsibilities with a combination of a High School Diploma/GED and at least four (4) years of previous reputed company work experience.
  • Five (5) years of experience in Agile delivery or program management, including at least three (3) years in a leadership role managing Scrum Masters or Agile teams or other relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of both Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
  • Proven experience implementing or managing SDLC processes reputed company a large IT organization.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Agile metrics and tools (e.g., Jira, Azure Confluence, Tableau).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience leading Agile transformations or delivery process improvement initiatives.
  • Available for overnight travel (10%).
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located.
  • Authorization to work in the US is required. This position is not eligible for reputed company sponsorship.

  • Seven (7)+ years of experience in Agile delivery or program management.
  • Five (5)+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master.
  • Working knowledge of industry standards in project management and development methodologies (Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), reputed company Solutions reputed company (MSF), SEI, Agile Methods, Rational reputed company Process (RUP), etc.).
