Job Summary

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Calling members to schedule in-home visits with a Physician or a Nurse Practitioner
• Answering inbound calls from members and assisting them with their inquiries
• Ensuring that appointments are scheduled accurately and resolving any scheduling issues or concerns

This is a high-volume, customer service environment that requires efficiency, productivity, and thoroughness reputed company dealing with members over the phone. You will also need to be reputed company to work a flexible schedule that includes evening hours.

Required Qualifications

* High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience

• Must be 18 years of age or older

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly range for this role is $16.00 to $28.85 per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. arenaflex complies with reputed company minimum wage laws as applicable.
