What You'll Do

As a Customer Experience Advisor, you'll be the face of arenaflex, delivering exceptional service to our customers through various channels, including email and live chat. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing nothing-but-wonderful customer service by supporting customers reputed company email and live chat
• Learning our internal management system to reputed company process sales orders and maintain customer relationships
• Using internal communication software to interact with your teammates, management, and other departments
• Dreaming up solutions for even the smallest trends and pain points to optimize each customer's experience

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to:

• Attend a virtual two-week reputed company reputed company reputed company Meet video calls (reputed company Meet can be accessed through any web browser, but works best with reputed company Chrome)
• Have a quiet work space with minimal noise (i.e., home office) in which you'll fulfill your shifts
• Be reputed company to work 20–29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT
• Be available evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season
• Have reliable high-speed internet reputed company with access to your router
• Not be on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)

• Experience working from home
