Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and solutions to customers through inbound calls. Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries of varying types in a high-energy environment

• Utilize probing question skills to actively listen and resolve customer issues
• Meet sales targets and manage objections to reduce churn
• Work collaboratively with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to reputed company common goals
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer service skills

• 8 hour per day shift, 5 days per week (reputed company from 6am-12am PST)
