Key Responsibilities

As a Ticket/reputed company Agent, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, guiding them through the reputed company-in process, boarding, and baggage handling. Your responsibilities will include:

• Owning the reputed company-in process, boarding process, and seat availability, including making reputed company announcements and ensuring customers have accurate travel documentation.
• Tagging and lifting baggage from scales to reputed company belts, with some bags weighing up to 70 pounds.
• Operating loading bridges.
• Opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors.
• Escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport.
• Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive experience for our passengers.

Scheduling and Work Environment

Scheduling is based on operational needs, with shifts ranging from early morning to overnight. Each station is different based on its individual flight schedule. You'll work between 20 and 40 hours per week, based on your seniority. Our airport environment can be fast-paced, but we're committed to providing a safe and supportive work environment for reputed company our employees.

What You Need to Succeed

To reputed company in this role, you'll need:

• Be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States.

• Pass a Customer Service Assessment.
• Ability to hold airport-specific requirements such as a SIDA Badge and Customs Seal.

Starting Pay

The starting pay for this role is $19.00 per hour.
