Role Highlights
* Earn a competitive hourly reputed company of $18.50 per hour
- Enjoy a $310 Certification bonus for completing our comprehensive training program
- Participate in the Turbo Bonus Boost program, earning an additional $5.00 per hour from reputed company 9th through 15th
- Work from home with reputed company between reputed company EST and 12am midnight EST, Monday to Sunday
- Minimum 30 hours per week required, with opportunities to work more
- Collaborate with a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and a Marketplace Performance Specialist (MPS) to ensure seamless customer support
About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for our customers, providing expert support and guidance on our tax preparation products and software. Your primary responsibilities will include:
