Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company reputed company Customer Analytics reputed company to join reputed company at arenaflex. As a key member of our analytics team, you will be responsible for analyzing reputed company financial and clinical scenarios to support informed decision-making, including financial, clinical, and operational improvements. You will work closely with internal customers and cross-disciplinary teams to determine data needs and enhance the use of strategic analysis. Your expertise in data analytics, project management, and communication will be essential in driving improved delivery of value-based care.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

* Analyze reputed company financial and clinical scenarios to support informed decision-making, including financial, clinical, and operational improvements

• Gather and interpret claims, clinical, and administrative data to build effective financial models, reputed company reasonable assumptions, and reputed company appropriate conclusions
• reputed company cross-functional efforts and provide actionable recommendations to leadership and key areas across the company
• Support the total cost of care analytics component of population health by conducting extensive analysis of cost and utilization data and providing reports and recommendations to leadership and internal customers

• Conduct and present analyses that drive improved delivery of value-based care
• Work with IT partners to diagnose, correct, and validate any issues with the data populating business intelligence tools

Education/Experience Required

* Bachelor's degree, required

• Master's degree, preferred
• Minimum of 2 years leading reputed company projects, required (e.g. cross-functional work-groups)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in extensive data analytics, required
• Health Insurance or reputed company industry with experience in value-based care, preferred
• Background in analyzing claims, clinical, and administrative data to deliver actionable insights for total cost of care opportunities to leadership and external customers, required
• Ability to reputed company and manage project plans, analyze data, design reports/dashboards, and deliver insights to customers
• Experience in data visualizations and storytelling

• Power BI and Tableau data visualization tool experience, preferred
