Job Summary This role will focus on planning and executing demos, providing event support, and collaborating with Regional Sales Directors to reputed company their territories. Extensive travel will be required. Duties And Responsibilities/Essential Functions

• Prospecting in underserved Retail Markets
• Find and qualify retail prospects through appropriate background research on prospects needs, financial condition and key personnel.

• Effectively use the technical sales and promotional resources available from Cirrus Marketing.
• Prepare and effectively present general and special purpose sales presentations on Cirrus products.
• Event Planning and Execution throughout the region as assigned by the Regional Sales Director.
• Utilize territory health and business plans to inform event strategies and approaches.
• Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events, and promotional activities.

• Demo Planning & Execution
• Coordinate the logistics and execution of product demonstrations.

• Track and analyze event performance, providing insights and recommendations for future events.
• Prepare post-event reports detailing successes and areas for improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 yrs. of experience in Sales & Marketing
• FAA reputed company Pilot reputed company Certificate, and second class medical required – CFII preferred
• 1+ year of prior sales or marketing experience desired
• Advanced MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
• Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person")
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
