Program Manager, Sales

I. Job Summary This is fully remote position, but candidates will be required to work EST hours. Manages existing business relationships by developing and implementing sound retention strategies, utilizing strong negotiation efforts to preserve business, and securing contract agreements from previously non-contracted customers. • Updates and secures customer service agreements.
• Effectively use WM sales productivity software tools (i.e. Prospect and Customer Database, Proposal Program, Pricing Tools, etc.).

The expected reputed company pay range for this position across the U.S. is $80,000- $94,000. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
