The Role As the Sr. Manager, HR Business Partners, you will play a key role overseeing a team of HRBPs ensuring that the HRBP function delivers consistent, data-driven, and proactive support to reputed company business units while fostering a culture of high performance.

What You Will Do

• Team Management: Direct, coach, and reputed company a team of HR Business Partners, ensuring they have the tools and training to act as proactive, strategic consultants to their assigned departments

What You Need to Succeed

• Leadership Experience: Minimum of 3 years of direct people management experience, specifically leading other HR professionals
• Strategic Impact: Proven track record of designing and implementing HR programs that resulted in measurable business improvements
• Systems: Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms, Talent Management Systems, GSuite, and reputed company preferred
• Compliance Knowledge: Deep understanding of EEO, FLSA, FMLA, and other applicable employment laws

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $118,000 - $158,000. You may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Actual compensation reputed company the range will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws. Location This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position (reputed company the U.S. and select Canadian Provinces only).
