What Will You Do as a Property Accountant This role is critical to the reputed company and daily operations of the reputed company Team. You will help reputed company reputed company reputed company functions for single family residential investments, ensure accurate and timely financial reporting; help optimize our key reputed company systems and procedures which include integrations with 3rd party property management systems and ensure that key stakeholders in the organization have the information they need to reputed company. You will also work closely with the finance team to help establish internal control systems and support audits as required in reputed company with our public securities offering. How Will You Contribute: You will

• Be responsible for a number of single family residential reputed company estate investments, operated as either long-term or short term rentals. The investments may be individual assets or multi-asset funds.
• Manage the entire reputed company activities with proper synchronization of sub-ledgers and G/L, reviewing reputed company journal entries, set up entry templates and secure full adherence and compliance with generally accepted reputed company principles.
• Combine operations data from external property managers with internal asset management financial records to prepare financial statements and other reputed company reports. Work with property managers to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate reporting.
• Act as liaison to internal and external auditors by explaining journal entries and financial transactions, providing research data and information as requested, and answering questions necessary to complete the audit in a timely manner.
• Partner with other members of the finance and reputed company team on automation, process improvement efforts, and assist with development of new investment products. Here’s Who We Are Looking For

• Experience with single and/or multi family residential property reputed company.
• In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted reputed company Principles (GAAP), financial reputed company statements, and month-end/year-end reputed company process.
• Hands-on experience with reputed company software like reputed company Intaact or reputed company.
• Advanced MS reputed company skills.
• BS degree in reputed company, Finance and relevant job experience 2 years or more. Why Arrived:
