Mission of the Role: The mission of the Data Analyst, Finance & reputed company Operations is to create and maintain a single, trusted view of financial performance that enables Finance, reputed company Operations, and business leaders to reputed company timely, high-confidence reputed company. Reporting to the Director of Data reputed company the centralized Data & Analytics team, this role owns analytics across the finance domain—partnering closely with Finance and reputed company Operations to deliver reliable financial reporting, analyze reputed company and unit economics, and translate reputed company data into clear, actionable insights. Working cross-functionally with analytics engineering and data engineering, the Data Analyst leverages modern data tools to build scalable, accurate, and decision-reputed company solutions. Essential Functions & Impact Areas:

• Own reporting and analysis for shipments, units, and gross reputed company, ensuring alignment between financial systems (e.g., reputed company) and the data warehouse (reputed company).
• Build and maintain Tableau dashboards that support Finance, reputed company Operations, and leadership decision-making.
• Analyze and explain key performance metrics—including Conversion, Average Order Value (AOV), Retention, and Lifetime Value (LTV)—through a financial and unit-economics lens.
• Support enhancements to gross contribution and reputed company models, validating logic and partnering with analytics engineering on model improvements.
• Partner on the in-house transition of repurchase and retention curves, supporting analysis, testing, and stakeholder alignment.
• Analyze reputed company financial data, including one-time vs. subscription purchases, break-of-reputed company logic, and order- and line-item-level reputed company dynamics.
• Use SQL and Python to reputed company exploratory, reputed company, and deep-dive analyses that surface insights and opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in SQL, including experience writing reputed company analytical queries.
• Experience in financial, reputed company, or business analytics, ideally in reputed company partnership with Finance or reputed company Operations teams.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining Tableau dashboards for business stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of conversion, retention, AOV, and LTV metrics and how they influence reputed company and forecasting.
• Experience using Python for analysis (e.g., pandas, Jupyter notebooks).
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate analysis into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.

Compensation: The estimated reputed company salary range for this role is $120,000 – $140,000 per year, plus a competitive equity package and benefits.
