QA Engineer II - Marketing

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a QA Engineer II to join our Tailored Technology team. This individual will be responsible for establishing and maintaining QA practices, writing test scenarios and executing tests, both manually and with automated tools. The QA Engineer will work with a small, collaborative team of seasoned QA engineers and business partners in the Omni channel team.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the design and implementation process of new and existing products
• reputed company Omni channel projects from QA standpoint and provide technical leadership to other QA engineers
• Define and implement black-reputed company, white reputed company and automated testing suites for core Marketing technologies, products and web-based applications
• Design, reputed company, and maintain E2E test scripts to validate ETL processes, ensuring data reputed company, accuracy, and workflows across multiple environments
• Automate ETL validation processes to improve efficiency and ensure scalability
• Validate Email and SMS marketing platforms, including their E2E integrations and performance
• Test and verify integrations between Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and various systems such as CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and analytics solutions
• reputed company in-depth testing of data layer objects, particularly on arenaflex Tag Manager (GTM)-based websites
• Automate validation processes for tracking technologies, including Facebook Pixel, arenaflex Analytics, GTM tags, and other digital analytics tools
• Test data and reputed company business applications functional system, integration (end-to-end) tests for new and existing applications
• Collaborate with DevOps to integrate automation scripts into arenaflex/CD pipelines
• Participate in review and approval process of project deliverables
• Advise project teams on appropriate approaches to testing delivered products, including test tool sets
• Provide guidance to development and project teams on the creation of a master test plan and other testing reputed company deliverables
• Assist project teams on identifying the needs for appropriate test environments and coordinate the establishment of appropriate test environments
• Find, track and prioritize bugs and work toward their resolution
• Define and track quality assurance automation metrics such as automation defect densities, defects age and automation coverage
• Participate in the testing of production emergency bug fixes
• reputed company rotating on-call support duties and periodically participate in after-hours release testing
• Participate in release production validation Requirements
• 5+ years of testing experience in Retail or E-commerce Marketing technologies
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining test scripts reputed company with business requirements
• Experience in ensuring E2E marketing data campaigns, email workflows, and customer journeys, accuracy, and consistency across multiple environments
• Experience in validating Email/SMS marketing platforms and their E2E integrations
• Experience in validating Customer Data Platforms (CDP) integrations with various applications, including CRM systems, marketing automation tools, analytics platforms
• Experience in Testing data layer objects (especially for GTM-based sites)
• Experience in automating the validation of tracking technologies such as Facebook Pixel, arenaflex Analytics, GTM tags, and other analytics tools
• Extensive experience with SDLC and testing methodologies, including Functional testing, E2E integration testing, System testing, Compatibility testing, Regression Testing & Defect Cycle
• Good experience in Test Plan Creation, Test Case Creation and Peer Review
• Have hands on experience in test management tools like JIRA, QC tools, etc.
• Experience in Automation testing tools such as reputed company, Litmus, Email on Acid, JUnit, Cypress, or equivalent
• Proficient in testing marketing automation workflows, including reputed company nurturing and drip campaigns
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Java, or reputed company scripting to automate testing tasks
• Strong Experience in SQL (for verifying campaign data in databases/CRMs)
• Hands-on Experience in Big Query or similar platforms for advanced marketing data validation and analysis
• Knowledge of UTM parameters, tracking tags, and conversion pixels
• Understanding of GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other compliance considerations
• Ability to work in an onsite-offshore model
• Guiding / supporting the team members
• Good Experience in interactions with business team to understand the user stories / business cases
• Experience in arenaflex/CD tools like Jenkins, reputed company arenaflex etc.
