Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and minutes.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Maintain and update electronic filing systems, ensuring reputed company documents are accurately filed and easily accessible.
  • Assist in the preparation and editing of reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes and project planning.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Assistant, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
