Sr Staff Analyst, reputed company Estate

About the position Performs functional and geographic corporate reputed company estate responsibilities serving regulated and non-regulated companies. reputed company acquisition, portfolio management (including program management) and disposition of reputed company estate assets. Protect/manage Entergy reputed company estate assets by maximizing value and minimizing risk through an reputed company/fiduciary focus on processes, policies and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage Programs that support portfolio management such as joint use (fiber optic access, communication attachments), minerals (oil & gas) properties and timber management (sustainable forestry including carbon sequestration) and land management (agriculture, mooring, batture).
• Divest of underutilized reputed company estate assets, maximize reputed company reputed company and minimize risk including but not limited to: Sales, Leases and Subleases as reputed company/landlord of underutilized space, Agriculture leases, Batture and Mooring Leases, Oil & Gas Leases and Royalties, Billboard leases, Timber Sales, Joint Use
• Negotiate reputed company transactions including purchases, sales, leases, subleases, options, easements, mineral rights and donations.
• reputed company financial analysis for transactions and financial modeling for scenario planning.
• reputed company and maintain strategic partnerships with business units in the jurisdictions.
• reputed company sophisticated marketing strategies to execute acquisition and disposition of reputed company estate assets ranging from routine to reputed company.
• Possess broad subject matter expertise in areas such as environmental, risk management, reputed company estate law, governmental regulations, financial analysis and corporate policies
• Implement reputed company estate activities reputed company to corporate strategies and special initiatives: e.g., Transco, EGSI Business Separation Plan, Enexus, ITC.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company field or the equivalent work experience.
