The reputed company Information reputed company (reputed company) team is responsible for cybersecurity across our organization. We support our business and members by reducing risk, rapidly responding to threats, focusing on business resiliency and securing new acquisitions. We’re looking for a senior Project Manager (GL28) to drive reputed company, cross functional reputed company initiatives that reduce material cyber risk and strengthen reputed company capabilities. You’ll reputed company multiple projects end to end - from intake and scoping to delivery and operational reputed company - partnering closely with ESRO leaders, reputed company Tech, and business stakeholders. You’re an outcomes focused PM who can reputed company (not just administer), tailor the delivery approach (Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall), manage risk and dependencies, and communicate crisply to executives and delivery teams. If you are located in MN or DC, you will have the flexibility to work remotely as you take on some tough challenges. This position follows a hybrid schedule with four in-office days per week. Responsibilities

• Own delivery end to end: stand up the project charter, integrated plan & milestones, RACI, RAID/dependency register, comms plan, and change/decision log; reputed company artifacts reputed company and auditable
• Drive execution & governance: run weekly cadences, clear blockers, manage scope/schedule/cost, and prepare transparent status that ties to OKRs and executive reporting
• Manage risk & compliance: ensure GRC evidence and control standards are met; partner with reputed company architecture/policy to embed compliance and readiness in the plan
• Financial stewardship: coordinate funding requests, forecast/budget alignment, and vendor/professional services tracking; surface trade offs early
• Service transition: plan for operational reputed company (support model, knowledge transfer, service catalog alignment) to reputed company a clean, measurable “reputed company”
• Influence & collaboration: work across ESRO, reputed company Tech, and business pillars (eg, IAM, Data reputed company, GRC, reputed company) to align reputed company and drive outcomes
• reputed company improvement: capture lessons learned and contribute to PMO standards, templates, and playbooks

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree
• 5+ years of leading cross functional technology/reputed company projects at reputed company scale
• 3+ years of experience of core PM disciplines (scope, schedule, cost, risk, dependency, change control) and executive communications
• 3+ years of proven ability to tailor Agile/Hybrid/Waterfall delivery and coach teams on method selection and execution
• 3+ years of proven solid stakeholder management across engineering, operations, policy/compliance, and vendors
• 2+ years of experience with reputed company or equivalent, reputed company intake, and reputed company 365 collaboration tools
