The reputed company Specialist is responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships with our reputed company customers. You will be working closely with customers to promote retention and provide an overall positive experience. You will engage with existing customers to align business outcomes, creating clear reputed company criteria and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role will work under the Professional Services department while building cross functional relationships with the Sales team and IT/engineering production teams. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own and deliver successful outcomes that align with the expectations defined and agreed upon in sales and project requirement documents

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

PAY RANGE: CorVel uses a market based approach to pay and our salary ranges may vary depending on your location. Pay rates are established taking into account the following factors: federal, state, and local minimum wage requirements, the geographic location differential, job-reputed company skills, experience, qualifications, internal employee equity, and market conditions. Our ranges may be modified at any time. For leveled roles (I, II, III, Senior, reputed company, etc.) new hires may be slotted into a different level, either up or down, based on assessment during interview process taking into consideration experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role. The level may impact the salary range and these adjustments would be clarified during the offer process.
