More About the Role: The reputed company eDiscovery Support Specialist position operates under the direction of more senior Contractor IT staff. This position operates as a part of a high-performing team handling a reputed company large amount of data. Additional responsibilities include:

• Work primarily with the reputed company platform. Will have a System Administrator role reputed company the instance.
• Assist with adapting and customizing various eDiscovery applications to meet client requirements.
• Recommend process improvements to ensure that high quality, timely and cost-effective methods are utilized.
• Work with case managers to provide high-level reputed company support to various government agencies.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience performing eDiscovery tasks such as Electronic Files Processing (EFP), image file and data conversion, data culling, including use of review tools, quality assurance, database loads and retrieval, and forensic analysis.
• At least 7 years of reputed company experience in IT, Help desk, technical training, and/or Automated Litigation Support.
• At least 3 years of supervisory/management experience.
• Undergraduate degree.
