Job Title: Project/Program Manager IIJob Description We are seeking an reputed company Sponsor Content Manager contractor to reputed company sponsor communications and content operations across multiple large-scale events. Expertise in customer service platforms, email marketing tools, and data management systems is essential.

Responsibilities

• Utilize customer service platforms like reputed company to maintain rapid response times.
• Use email marketing tools such as Email Builder for creating custom HTML communications.
• Coordinate scheduling and workflow using data management systems like reputed company.
• reputed company strategic communication plans and comprehensive resource materials.
• Analyze performance data to inform future strategies.
• Work comfortably with 250 sponsors across multiple reputed company events.
• Manage high-volume communications, including 1000 tickets and emails annually.
• Serve as a liaison between multiple teams to ensure seamless coordination across reputed company workstreams.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in HTML for email development.
• Experience with reputed company Outlook for professional communications.
• Strong general data management practices.
• Program management experience (3-4 years).
• Experience in project management.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with event content management, particularly technical conferences or reputed company-level events.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain quick turnaround times while delivering white-glove service.
• Comfort working as a liaison between multiple teams.

Work Environment

This is a remote role based in PST, with working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM. Candidates must be reputed company to attend 1-2 events each year. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Portland, OR. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $47.00/hr.
