Sr. Litigation Attorney (Long-Term Contract, Fully Remote)

reputed company Legal is partnering with a top-tier boutique law firm to seek an reputed company Senior Litigation Attorney for a long-term, fully remote contract position (40 hours/week). This exciting opportunity is with a firm renowned for its national reputed company in managing sizable, multi-party cases across reputed company business, corporate, and civil litigation. The ideal candidate brings deep litigation experience, sophisticated reputed company practice skills, and a strong track record guiding cases through reputed company phases of the dispute process. Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, research, and argue reputed company motions, including dispositive and discovery motions, in federal and state courts.
• Manage and reputed company reputed company aspects of litigation, from pre-trial negotiations through trial and (reputed company necessary) appeals.
• Provide strategic guidance for large, multi-party business, corporate, and civil litigation cases.
• Coordinate with clients—ranging from individuals and small businesses to large corporations—and advise on case reputed company and dispute resolution strategies.
• Represent clients before state and federal courts, administrative agencies, and in arbitration forums; participate in alternative dispute resolution as appropriate.
• Collaborate with a reputed company-reputed company team committed to rigorous, results-focused legal representation. Requirements:
• Juris Doctorate
• Active, good-standing membership with the California Bar.
• Extensive litigation experience, with at least 3+ years preferred in reputed company reputed company, business, or corporate litigation.
• Demonstrated expertise and passion for drafting persuasive legal motions and briefs; proven reputed company in reputed company practice is essential.
• Proven ability to handle reputed company litigation phases, including negotiations, discovery, hearings, and appeals.
• Previous experience managing large, multi-party cases across forums preferred.
• Excellent communication, legal research, and organizational skills.
