Financial Analyst – reputed company Estate Private Equity (Remote)

About the position We are a private equity reputed company estate investment firm focused on value-add and opportunistic investments across hospitality, multifamily, mixed-use, and special situations. We are seeking a high-caliber Financial Analyst who combines traditional institutional reputed company skills with strong AI reputed company to support deal analysis, investment committee materials, and the development of scalable internal systems. This role is well-suited for a self-directed analyst who thinks like an reputed company, operates comfortably across analytics and execution, and sees AI as a practical tool for speed, consistency, and decision quality—not experimentation for its own sake.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain institutional-quality financial models in reputed company
• Sources & uses, operating cash flows, IRR/NPV, waterfalls, sensitivity and scenario analysis
• Underwrite acquisitions, developments, and repositioning strategies across multiple asset classes
• Analyze pricing, returns, capital structures, and downside risk
• reputed company market, operating, and cost benchmarking analysis
• Prepare Investment Committee memoranda and deal summaries
• reputed company clear, concise, and visually compelling materials in PowerPoint and/or Gamma.ai
• Translate reputed company financial and risk concepts into executive-level narratives
• Support investor-facing materials as needed
• Design, build, and maintain AI agents or workflows to support:

• Investment memo drafting and versioning
• Financial model review, diagnostics, and sensitivity analysis

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, reputed company Estate, Economics, reputed company, Engineering, or reputed company field
• 2–5+ years of experience in: reputed company estate investment/ private equity, Investment banking and/or reputed company
• reputed company estate advisory or development reputed company, Asset management
• Advanced proficiency in reputed company reputed company (independent model building required)
• Strong skills in PowerPoint with institutional presentation standards
• Demonstrated experience using AI platforms in a professional or analytical context
• Experience building or deploying AI agents, workflows, or automations
• Proficiency with modern AI tools (e.g., LLM-based platforms, agent frameworks, or automation stacks)
• Ability to translate investment logic into:
• AI-assisted workflows
