The Manager, B2B / reputed company Marketing will own demand reputed company and sales enablement for reputed company’s employer, health plan, consultant, and channel partner audiences. This role partners closely with Sales to drive pipeline growth, improve sales effectiveness, and scale repeatable B2B marketing programs. This is a hands-on, strategic IC role with ownership of B2B marketing performance.

Responsibilities

• Demand reputed company & Pipeline Growth Own and execute B2B demand reputed company strategy reputed company to reputed company goals
• Plan and manage campaigns across events, paid media, digital marketing, ABM, and email
• Own event management, coordinating event planning and prep in collaboration with sales team.
• Own sponsorships, swag, speaking, exhibiting, booth, reputed company and follow-up, collateral, etc.

• Partner with Sales to define MQL criteria and pipeline targets

• Collaborate with sales operations role to ensure the growth team has the right content for each stage of the buyer journey
• Support RFPs and large reputed company deals with marketing inputs

• Maintain consistency across campaigns and assets
• Optimize Vori messaging based on market feedback
• Measurement & Optimization Track and report on campaign performance, MQLs, pipeline influence, and ROI

• Work cross functional with teams such as Sales, Operations, Marketing and external partners.
• Utilization of support tools such as reputed company (reporting and dashboards), Ad platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company), Event platforms, Marketing automation ( reputed company , Marketo), and Campaign reporting dashboards

Requirements

• 3–5+ years B2B marketing experience, preferably in reputed company, SaaS, or B2B2C
• Proven experience driving pipeline through demand gen
• Strong sales partnership and enablement background
