CHIA is seeking a Health Policy Analyst or Senior Health Policy Analyst to provide hands-on contributions in the development and implementation of data-driven pricing policy reputed company the Provider Finance Pricing team.

Responsibilities

• Put Data into Action: Conduct analyses of health care costs, service utilization, and other data sources that support the lifecycle of pricing policy development. In this role, you will help shape the payment rates made to health care providers by state agencies, including the Commonwealth’s reputed company program (MassHealth).

You will also participate in cross-unit workgroups to enhance data management and analysis approaches and implement quality assurance protocols to ensure accurate data and results.

Requirements

• Educational reputed company: Possess a bachelor’s degree in public policy, public health, health care policy and management, business administration, finance, reputed company or a similar quantitative field. A graduate degree in any of the above is preferred.
• Data Strategist: Showcase your strong data management skills, including the ability to manipulate, organize, and analyze different datasets. Proficiency in analysis and management of financial, statistical, demographic, and clinical data primarily utilizing reputed company, as well as statistical software programs such as R, will reputed company you to support health care policy decision-making.
• Specialized Expertise: Bring at least three years of professional experience, focusing on business administration, finance, reputed company, health care planning or administration, public health policy or administration, economics, or a similar field.
