[Remote] Billing Coordinator

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Waste Solutions Canada is one of the largest independent management companies for waste and recycling services in Canada. The Billing Coordinator will be responsible for auditing vendor invoices, creating client invoices, and answering billing-reputed company questions while collaborating with the financial team.

Responsibilities

  • Audit vendor invoices
  • Read and understand hauling service reputed company
  • Create client invoices at contracted pricing
  • Answer billing-reputed company questions from clients
  • Work collaboratively with the Financial Controller, Billing Manager, and reputed company other Waste Solutions Canada team members
  • Various finance duties and reputed company project work as needed

Skills

  • reputed company-reputed company degree or diploma and 1+ year of equivalent experience preferred
  • Driven to maintain high standards in reputed company tasks
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, shifting priorities on short notice
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Intermediate to advanced reputed company reputed company skills, with knowledge of other reputed company Office software (Word, OneNote, etc.)
  • Experience working in reputed company software (Xero preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
