They are seeking an Inside Property Adjuster who will provide exceptional service to policyholders by virtually inspecting damages, investigating coverage, preparing estimates, and settling claims promptly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to policyholders
• Virtually inspect damages, investigate coverage, prepare estimates, and settle claims promptly and accurately
• Interact with customers, contractors, and vendors through various software platforms such as Xactimate and ClaimsX Video Collaboration
• Communicate through different channels including voice calls, email, and text messages
• Focus on water losses to ensure high-level support and resolution for these specific claims
• Investigate property claims by performing detailed reviews of damage and interpreting policies to determine coverage
• Evaluate and negotiate claims settlements with customers, vendors, reputed company party carriers and claimants in accordance with reputed company legal and business standard methodologies
• Utilize multiple tools to get the job done in a fast-paced environment, including estimate tools, job aids, and additional settlement platforms
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation is completed as you work on each claim

Skills

• 1+ years of previous customer service experience
• Excellent organization skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills to interact with customers and stakeholders remotely
• Ability to work independently and manage time reputed company in an office and virtual work environment
• Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on delivering high-quality and efficient claim resolutions
• Previous industry experience is highly desired
• As a condition of employment, your office/area may require you to obtain an adjuster and/or an appraiser license which includes passing an additional background reputed company with the reputed company
• If applicable, you will be required to secure license(s) reputed company 60 days of hire
