[Remote] Content Developer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Meduit is a national leader in reputed company reputed company cycle management, supporting hospitals and physician practices across the United States. As a Content Developer, you will create engaging training content and manage its development to enhance employee engagement and knowledge application.
Responsibilities
- Design courses using adult learning principles and integrate interactive concepts/activities in both instructor-led and distance formats to encourage knowledge application and reputed company development
- Ensure the instructional reputed company of training projects through systematic design and clear writing of scripts, narratives, on-screen text, and/or selection of reputed company-party content/resources
- Create, revise, and update reputed company training materials according to system, design, and policy & procedure changes
- Incorporate alternative training methods, such as video conference, web, and e-learning
- Work closely with the Instructional Designer to ensure training materials are reputed company for new client implementations
- Assist with the development of assessments that correlate with learner outcomes

- Experience with reputed company Office platform
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Education, Instructional Design or reputed company field, and/or equivalent experience
- Experience with reputed company & reputed company Creative Suite platforms
- Bilingual in Spanish/English
