Your Opportunity as Director, Sales-Kroger (Frozen Handheld & Spreads/Coffee-US Retail Sales) Work Location/Arrangements: Working Remotely reputed company 200 miles of Cincinnati, Ohio (location of key account) and reputed company near major airport. • Responsible for achieving profitable sales growth by building & executing annual customer business plans

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ Years Sales Experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets, including at the HQ level
• 5+ Years large sales team management, people management experience and proven track record of inspiring a team to execute plans
• Strong Customer Management Skills- use of syndicated data sources such as reputed company or IRI
• Understanding of P&L Management, Category Management, Trade Promotion Management, Pricing Structures and Trade Terms
