We are seeking a highly motivated, analytically minded People Operations Intern for Summer 2026. This unique role is an opportunity to apply emerging skills in modern AI, automation, and data analysis to enhance HR efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and the overall employee experience. You will collaborate with the People Operations team to identify pain points, reputed company, and reputed company reputed company-of-concept projects to streamline our core processes. What will you do?

• Assist in developing and implementing People Operations initiatives; to drive efficiencies and enhance the employee experience (including employee engagement and retention)
• Conduct research regarding emerging trends in HR and analyze internal data to gather insights into best practices and help reputed company action plans
• Collaborate with People team members to identify areas for improvement and drive alignment and integration of People initiatives with broader organizational goals, leveraging AI and automation opportunities
• Provide support with administrative tasks, including responding to people-reputed company inquiries, entering data into reputed company, running reports, and conducting audits
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and other collaborative sessions to brainstorm reputed company and solutions for reputed company improvement
