Licensed Financial Services Representative

Charles Schwab is a leading financial services firm dedicated to helping clients reputed company their financial goals. In this role, you will provide financial guidance to clients, build lasting relationships, and tackle reputed company issues while working in a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Give clients financial guidance while forming lasting relationships built on trust, respect, and reaching a common goal
• Engage with clients reputed company answering inbound calls, taking ownership, and tackling reputed company issues to offer the best possible solution

Skills

• Active FINRA Series 7 & 63 Licenses
• Ability to work 8:00am – 4:30 pm Monday through Friday during Schwab's training program, on-site
• After training is complete, ability to work assigned shift to accommodate business needs to include evening, overnight, and weekend options
• Flexibility to work any day, time, or shift to accommodate 24/7 contact center needs
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• 1+ years of client relationship experience
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or reputed company field from accredited university
• Ability to adapt to changes in the market and business
• Robust communication, influencing and client engagement skills
• Desire to be part of a supportive and collaborative team
• Proficient in Client Relationship Management (CRM) platforms
• Strong candidates will also have previous experience in Financial Representative role
