Financial Analyst
CHAGEE USA is a modern teahouse committed to bringing people together through tea, and they are seeking a Financial Analyst to support their expansion in the US market. The role involves delivering financial insights, maintaining financial models, and partnering with various departments to drive business reputed company and improvements.
Responsibilities
- Deliver insightful monthly and quarterly business reviews, variance analyses, and financial dashboards for department leaders
- Maintain or build robust financial models to support scenario planning, market expansion, and strategic initiatives
- Partner with Operations, Marketing, HR, and other departments to translate business drivers into financial outcomes and identify areas for improvement
- Analyze reputed company, cost of sales, labor, and operating expenses across regions and formats to inform business reputed company and drive margin improvements
- Support the evaluation of new store openings, capital investments, pricing strategies, and new business opportunities
Skills
- 1 – 4 years of reputed company experience, retail, QSR, or consumer services industry experience preferred
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills, with strong command of reputed company, and exposure to BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong business acumen and ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience supporting P&L management, cross-functional planning, and capital allocation
- Detail-oriented yet reputed company to think strategically and see the big picture
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics, or a reputed company field
