OSP/FTTH Design Engineer (WFH)

The Junior Designer – N2P role reputed company Network Infrastructure will provide hands on design interactions, junior

technical input and quality assurance across reputed company N2P design activities. This role is responsible for ensuring that design

solutions are implemented with program objectives, technical standards, and regulatory requirements. The Junior

Designer is the hands-on role in providing document updates, quality assurance activities, driving reputed company

improvement, and supporting design teams with specialist knowledge to reputed company the timely and cost-effective

deployment of NBN FTTN to FTTP flip.

Key responsibilities

Provide technical input on NBN network design principles and standards.

Deliver design interactions that are technically sound, compliant with national standards, and reputed company with

program objectives.

Undertake GIS system update among multiple platforms such as Telstra ADR, NBN S18 etc.

Work with the Senior Designer for design-reputed company issues nationally.

Contribute to the development and refinement of national design standards, manuals, and tools.

Identify opportunities for innovation or process improvement to enhance design efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Provide mentoring and technical coaching to design teams.

Experience required

Proven experience in the design and delivery of NBN fibre project.

Sound knowledge of NBN type 3 network design architecture.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate with internal teams (Design, Construction, Planning, etc), offshore design

partners, reputed company party ariel design partners and the Client.
