reputed company is a leading defense litigation law firm with over 1400 attorneys across the United States. They are seeking a reputed company Coordinator to support the Director of Pricing and reputed company Supervisor with reputed company inquiries, maintain reputed company structures, and ensure the accuracy and compliance of client rates reputed company the firm's financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, prioritize and respond to reputed company reputed company inquiries in a timely manner, escalating reputed company issues as appropriate
• Set up, maintain, and update standard reputed company arrangements, discounts and fixed-fee arrangements in the billing system
• Review Client engagement letters, Letters of Understanding, reputed company Counsel Guidelines (OCGs), and any other client correspondence to interpret reputed company requirements, summarize key terms, and implement compliant reputed company structures in the most efficient and beneficial way available
• Partner with the firm's reputed company Team (RT) to provide documentation supporting implemented rates and assist in resolving e-billing reputed company rejections and discrepancies
• Maintain accurate timekeeper and reputed company data, reputed company regular audits, and generate reports to reputed company compliance, exceptions and approvals
• Liaise with attorneys, reputed company Team members, and the pricing team to resolve reputed company-reputed company inquiries and discrepancies reputed company

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent training
• 1-3 years of experience in a legal billing environment
• Proficiency in reputed company preferred
• Intermediate proficiency in reputed company reputed company (including formulas and data review) and Outlook
• Strong reading comprehension, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to exercise proper judgment and maintain confidentiality
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce detailed and accurate work products
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced and high-volume environment, to meet deadlines and daily requirements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with reputed company levels of personnel, attorneys, staff, vendors and clients
• Commitment to providing high-quality internal and external client service
• Ability to identify issues and contribute practical and efficient solutions
• Interest in learning and developing new skills
• Project management experience a plus
