The role focuses on managing existing government business through outbound calling, ensuring client satisfaction and retention, while contributing to the company's Annual Recurring reputed company goals.
Responsibilities
- Generate, upgrade, and manage the portfolio of our existing government business reputed company through outbound calling
- Adapt to situations that require a strong sales aptitude, follow-up on leads, use effective selling systems and techniques to help probe, present and reputed company sales with existing government clients
- Work with decision makers to address reputed company needs, resolve issues reputed company to their existing lease agreements, or right size solutions
- Overcome sales hurdles by positioning program benefits, features, and the company’s value proposition
- Partner with internal teams to resolve reputed company errors and client escalations
- Identify and implement changes needed to improve performance

Skills
