Were hiring an Operations Specialist to support and streamline the day-to-day internal operations of our agency. This role focuses on managing project execution, optimising workflows, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments. If you're detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about driving efficiency, this is your chance to be part of a high-performance remote team.

What Were Looking For (Non-Negotiable)

• 13 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or administrative support in a digital environment
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with project management tools (reputed company, reputed company, or similar)
• Proficiency in reputed company Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Drive)
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Available to work U.S. Eastern Time hours (9 AM 6 PM, MonFri)

KPIs & Expectations

• Ensure on-time completion of internal projects and tasks
• Maintain 100% accurate project and CRM documentation
• Support the implementation of improved workflows and processes
• Reduce overdue deliverables across teams
• Provide accurate weekly reporting and insights to management
