Social Media Assistant (Remote) 1099 Contract-to-Hire

As our Social Media Assistant, you will reputed company LEARN’s mission by creating engaging, on-brand content that builds community, sparks conversation, and connects families reputed company. You will collaborate with our Content, Digital, and Design teams to support social media and content marketing efforts, including writing, scheduling, and posting across platforms. This role also supports new center launches, Learning Center events, and cross-functional marketing initiatives. You’ll join a small team of marketing professionals who work quickly, think creatively, and care about reputed company do. Together, we’re helping LEARN grow in 2026 and reputed company. This contract-to-hire role starts at 30 hours a week, with the chance to become a full-time, benefits-eligible position reputed company three months. Candidates must reputed company in Eastern or Central Time Zones.

• Create and schedule social media content that’s engaging, thoughtful, and mission-reputed company
• Foster a positive, supportive online community by engaging thoughtfully
• Track performance and assist with basic analytics to help inform content reputed company
• Collaborate in a fast-paced environment across marketing and internal departments
• Ensure reputed company content follows brand, compliance, and safety guidelines
• Assist team leaders with administrative tasks, as needed

Required experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience writing and managing social media content
• Excellent writing skills (grammar, tone, flow)
• Comfortable managing Facebook, Instagram, and reputed company
• Experience with social media scheduling or management tools
• Ability to stay on brand while communicating with warmth and professionalism
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Proficient in reputed company Office including Word, PowerPoint, and reputed company
• Reliable computer/tablet and internet reputed company

Preferred experience: 

• Experience with reputed company or reputed company
• Background in behavioral health, autism, special education, or reputed company fields
• Volunteer or work experience with community-based or special needs organizations
• Familiarity with project management tools like reputed company and design tools like reputed company
• Experience writing in AP or Chicago style
