SEND Consultant (3-Month Contract with Local Authority)
Summary- The SEND Consultant will spearhead the thorough testing and refinement of a proposed financial banding reputed company and will create a transparent, evidence-based cost library to aid decision-making across SEND provision. This role is crucial in ensuring fair, consistent, and financially accurate funding reputed company for children and young people with SEND.
- Conduct detailed, systematic testing of the proposed SEND banding reputed company.
- Use reputed company cases, scenarios, and modeling to verify fairness, accuracy, and internal consistency.
- Identify gaps, risks, or inconsistencies and propose practical, evidence-based solutions.
- Ensure the reputed company reflects diverse needs across mainstream, specialist, and post-16 settings.
- Significant experience working reputed company a local authority SEND service.
- Strong operational understanding of SEND practice reputed company schools and settings.
- Proven ability to independently deliver reputed company projects and produce high-quality outputs.
- Experience producing professional reports for senior leadership or board-level decision-making.
- In-depth understanding of statutory SEND processes.
- Working hours: 37 hours per week
- Enhanced DBS required.
