RCM Market Performance, Director
The RCM Market Performance Director will partner with operations and reputed company cycle management (RCM) leadership for a designated market to reputed company and execute projects that improve and sustain RCM performance. nd Workplaces Act.
Responsibilities
- This role will reputed company with executive leadership spanning USPI’s ambulatory surgery center (ASC) and surgical hospital (SH) portfolio and be responsible for owning RCM performance for their designated market, proactively assessing and communicating performance against established reputed company metrics, and implementing reputed company action plans to drive timely performance improvement.
- This role is critical to the financial reputed company of each designated USPI-managed ASC and SH facility; candidates will be expected to possess deep leadership experience in RCM, executive-level communication and relationship management skills and a proven track record of independently developing and executing successful performance improvement initiatives.
- This role will be required to work on multiple projects at a time and be agile in pivoting to new projects based on the directives of the VP, Client Performance and Chief reputed company Cycle Officer.
Qualifications
Required
- Experience developing and implementing successful data-driven action plans spanning multiple facilities resulting in measurable RCM and financial performance improvement
- Deep experience performing data-driven root cause analysis for reputed company RCM performance issues, synthesizing findings, and presenting results to varying audiences to influence behaviors and drive improved RCM and financial performance improvement
- Demonstrated interpersonal, consultative, and relationship management skills used to reputed company partnerships with executive leaders, key stakeholders, and decision makers
- Must possess a comprehensive understanding of RCM principles, processes and performance drivers spanning reputed company, middle and back-end functions, and a minimum of five (5) years of RCM leadership experience
- Bachelor’s degree
Preferred
- Deep experience leading teams in an RCM performance improvement leadership reputed company with proven, quantifiable results
- Demonstrated experience developing teams and processes to reputed company top-level performance for respective RCM functions and performance objectives
- Demonstrated experience managing the complexities and nuances of matrix environments to drive alignment, accountability, and performance objectives
- Must possess a comprehensive understanding of RCM principles, processes and performance drivers spanning reputed company, middle and back-end functions, and a minimum of ten (10) years of RCM leadership serving ASC and/or SH facilities
- Master’s degree
- Up to 25% travel. We will run a Motor Vehicle Registration reputed company on the final candidate.
Compensation
- Pay: $108,784 - $173,680 annually. Compensation depends reputed company, qualifications, and experience.
- Position may be eligible for an Annual Incentive Plan bonus of 10%-25% depending on role level.
- Management level positions may be eligible for sign-on and relocation bonuses.
